Ich versuche mit cdrecord ein DVD ISO-Image auf eine DVD-RW zu brennen, es kommt zu folgender Ausgabe:

Der Befehl war folgender:

doas cdrecord -v -sao speed=2 dev=/dev/rcd0c:1,1,0 DVD-Image.iso

Mit growisofs kommt es danach zu folgender Meldung:

Ich hatte zu Beginn die DVD-RW mit doas cdrecord -v -dev=/dev/rcd0c -blank=all komplett formatiert.

Hat jemand eine Idee oder erkennt meinen Fehler?

Ich kann mit den Fehlern nichts anfangen.

Nein, so einfach ist es wohl leider nicht. Ich kann den DVD-RW Rohling formatieren (cdrecord blank...) aber nicht neu beschreiben. Unter Widows geht es, verdammt :(

Kenne ich, leider ohne Erfolg, Egal ob cdrecord oder growisofs oder cdio - immer bricht das Schreiben nach 2-3 Sek. ab. Egal ob CD, CDRW, DVD, DVD-RW.

Auch im dummy Modus :confused:.
 
Die 6.1 habe ich übersprungen. Ich konnte vor einiger Zeit sowohl unter OpenBSD als auch Linux und Windows brennen, DVDs immer CDs dann plötzlich nicht mehr.

Das Seltsame ist, dass ich nun wieder CDs unter Windows brennen kann (aber wer will das schon). Mein Status unter OpenBSD 6.2 aktuell ist etwas eigenartig:

* DVD-RW (RW-) formatieren (komplett z.B.) geht
* CDRW formatieren / blank geht
* DVD / DVD-RW (RW + / RW-) schreiben geht nicht, aber!!! es wird ein ISO Dateiensystem auf dem Rohling erzeugt, nur ohne weitere Daten
* Audio CD brennen geht, stoppt aber ohne Fehlermeldung / syslog ect. bei etwa 50-60 %

Ich benutze nur cdrecord und cdio, growisofs geht gar nicht.

Ich werde wohl den Brenner auf USB extern verlagern.

Jemand eine Idee?

Das Elend mit dem Brennen geht weiter. Ich habe am USB3 Port einen ext. Brenner (neu, funktioniert unter anderen OS) angeschlossen und wollte ein ISO Image mit:

doas cdrecord driveropts=burnfree -v -eject -ignsize -sao -data Image.iso

brennen, es scheitert wie zuvor am internen Brenner. Der Brenner wird problemlos über /dev/cd1c:2,1,0 erkannt, ich habe dies in /etc/default/cdrecord eingetragen.

CDR_DEVICE=/dev/rcd1c:2,1,0

Das Device hat bei mir folgende Rechte:

crw-rw---- 1 root operator 15, 2 Feb 15 11:43 /dev/rcd0c

Ich bin in der Gruppe operator, habe aber zusätzlich doas zum Ausführen benutzt.

Folgendes spuckt cdrecord aus:

Bist Du sicher, dass hier das raw-device eingetragen werden muss?

Hast Du schon mit cd1c anstelle rcd1c probiert?

Ich habe mich an der README.OpenBSD in den docs gehalten, dort steht u.a.:

There are at least two ways to figure out what SCSI CD devices are
on the machine:

From /var/run/dmesg.boot:
$ egrep "^cd.+ at scsibus" /var/run/dmesg.boot
cd0 at scsibus0 targ 0 lun 0: <SONY, CD-RW CRX175E2, S002> SCSI0 5/cdrom removable
cd1 at scsibus1 targ 0 lun 0: <ATAPI, CD-ROM MARY500, 1.21> SCSI0 5/cdrom removable

From sysctl:
$ sysctl hw.disknames
hw.disknames = wd0,cd0,cd1,fd0

In these examples, 'cd0' and 'cd1' are the SCSI CD devices on the
system, and they should be accessed by '/dev/rcd0c' and '/dev/rcd1c',
respectively.

Ob das noch gilt weiß ich nicht, probiere es gerade mit /dev/cd1c.
