12.2 Upgrade - Problem #2 - Xorg auf X220 startet gar nicht mehr

Hallo zusammen,

wie ja schon angekündigt, hier mein zweites Problem nach dem 12.1 zu 12.2 Upgrade.

Und zwar startet Xorg nach dem Upgrade gar nicht mehr. Im Logfile steht dies:

Da bin ich völlig ratlos. In der xorg.conf steht lediglich was zur Tastatur, nehme ich das auch noch heraus ändert sich gar nichts.

Was könnte da jetzt kaputt sein? Das Gerät ist ein Lenovo X220 mit Intel Grafik.
 
Also ich hatte nach dem Upgrade auf 12.2 Probleme mit dem Grafiktreiber (drm-fbsd12.0-kmod), den ich neu aus den Ports erstellen musste:

Möglicherweise ist es hier ein ähnlich gelagertes Problem.
(ein Indiz dafür ist das (EE) open /dev/dri/card0: No such file or directory)

Aber mal angesehen davon ist es vielleicht auch nicht die beste Idee gleich nach erscheinen eines Releases zu upgraden. Gerade wegen solcher Sachen macht es vielleicht Sinn ein bisschen abzuwarten bis die gröbsten Probleme gefixt sind.
 
Vielen Dank für die Hinweise. Dasselbe Problem hatte ich auch mit meinem TP X240 mit Haswell Chipsatz. Bauen des Moduls aus den Ports hat ebenso geholfen.

Ich habe allerdings noch andere Effekte seit dem Update auf 12.2

Außerdem bekomme ich beim Starten von wpa_supplicant folgende Fehlermeldung:

Trotzdem funktioniert das WLAN ganz wunderbar. Vielleicht hat das ganze nichts mit dem Update zu tun.

Falls jemand ähnliche Probleme nach dem Update hatte, würde ich mich über Hinweise freuen.
