3ware 9750 Raid Controller - Wie komme ich an die Platten?

Hallo,

ich habe einen 3ware 9750.8i Raid Controller. Treiber wurden installiert und dmesg zeigt mir, dass er auch die Platten sieht:

Wie komme ihc jetzt aber an die Platten?
Zwei Platten hängen am Controller des Mainboard (ad8 und ad10). Auf ad8 ist das BSD installiert.

Im sysinstall sehe ich unter fdisk nur ad8 und ad10.

Stehe jetzt etwas auf dem Schlauch. tws0 ist ja wohl der Controller?

Jemand eine Idee?

Haste im Controller auch das Raid eingerichtet?
Evtl. läuft der nicht standardmäßig im JBOD Modus und du musst erstmal ein Raid konfigurieren.

Ne, ich habe kein Raid eingerichtet. Das soll JBOD sein. Ich will ZFS nutzen.

IMHO heißen die Platten daX, zumindest ist dies bei den Controllern bei uns so.

Dann schau im Controller nach, ob die Karte auch im JBOD Modus läuft.

Du musst die Platten im Controller-Bios als einzelne Platten einrichten, bevor sie im Betriebssystem sichtbar werden. War bei meinen 3Ware bisher auch immer so.
