Absturz beim Drücken von Alt+Strg+Backspace

Hi Leute,

ich hab ein ziemliches Problem. Ich hab grad OBSD 3.6 auf meinen Heimrechner aufgespielt. Jetzt ist mir durch Zufall aufgefallen, dass der Rechner sobald ich Strg+Alt+Backspace drücke, ausgeht. Nicht mit runterfahren sondern einfach aus.
Ich hab schon apm deaktiviert, aber das brachte auch keine Wirkung. Ich hab auch schon gegoogelt, aber da hab ich auch nirgens was gefunden, leider.
Fällt jemandem von Euch da so spontan was ein?

Ich poste auch mal die Ausgabe von dmesg nach dem letzten Absturz. Kernel ist der Generic.

So ich bin dem Ganzen jetzt etwas näher. Es liegt laut SuSE Datenbank am Sis-Board. Bei Linux gibt es das Problem auch und wird durch deaktivieren von apm gelöst.

Ich hatte jetzt ein:

gemacht und den Rechner mit dem neuen Kernel neu gestartet, was leider auch keinen Erfolg gebracht hat. Mir ist aufgefallen, dass am Anfang noch dasteht probing apm.
Kann es damit zu tun haben?

bei mir tritt dieselbe problematik auf.
ich habe auch ein board mit sis-chipset, aber betriebssystem freebsd 5.3, apm eingeschaltet. eine lösung würde mich auch interessieren, aber möglichst sollte apm eingeschaltet bleiben. ich benutze zur zeit einfach ctrl+alt+backspace nicht, stattdessen "killall X" auf der console bei bedarf.

Was apm aber mit ctrl + alt + backspace zu tun hat, ist mir schleierhaft...

Zum Vergrößern anklicken....

Jawoll,
in der rc.conf.local ist apmd_flags auf NO gesetzt, ebenso wie in der sysctl.conf machdep.apmwarn und machdep.apmhalt.

Einfach nicht drücken, ist ehrlich gesagt keine Alternative welche ich nutzten möchte.

ich habe apmd_flags="NO" gesetzt, reboot gemacht, ctrl+alt+backspace gedrückt, x-server startete neu.. (ich mich gefreut), aber
rechner schaltet sich ca. 1 minute später selbstständig aus :confused:

Hmmm, hier habe ich dasselbe Problem mit einem SiS730-Mainboard. Diente bisher als Testbox ohne X, nun wollte ich mit dem Erscheinen von FreeBSD 5.4 das Ding mal mit einem KDE beglücken ;) Ich habe mal mit diversen BIOS-Einstellungen herumgespielt, aber bislang ist die Variante mit *nichtsdrücken* die Beste ;)

Hi,

ich habe auf einem Elitegroup K7S5A die gleichen Probleme. ;)
Bzw. nicht ganz, weil der Rechner bei mir nicht ausgeht, sondern in so eine Art Standby-Modus schaltet. Nochmal Strg-Alt-Entf und er springt wieder an. Ich hab aber noch nicht versucht ob die Sachen die ihre gepostet habt daran was ändern; werde ich bei Gelegenheit mal machen.
