beim linux mozilla schrift hässlich

hy,
habe mich jetzt endlich entschlossen, da mir das abschmieren von native mozilla aufn sack ging (flash und java) und habe inux-mozilla installiert.
soweit so gut ;) flash geht java geht :D ohne abstürze.
doch die schrift in der websiten angezeigt werden ist grässlich!!!!
wie kann ich die umstellen?
da in den einstelleungen nur sarif als schrift steht, mehr nicht.

Moin,
installiere dir doch einfach webfonts, ist in den Ports. Damit sieht Mozilla recht brauchbar
aus.

grgr hab ich ja!
nur irgentwie meint x neuerdings das er die net initialisieren kann.
aber der pfad stimmt und hat sich nicht verändert (es ging ja schonmal).
 
hab einfach die webfonts neuinstalliert und voila!

edit:
obwohl so schön wie vorher siehts immer noch nicht aus!
was kann ich noch tun?

habe jetzt fast alle fonts durch!
und nix ändert sich. mozilla ändert nichtmal die fonts, auch wenn ich andere angebe, stehen die zwar da, aber die site ist immer noch so wie vorher!
auch wenn ich angebe, dass die sites die fonts nicht bestimmen dürfen, ändert sich nichts!

was soll ich tun?
 
Hmm,...
ich bin ja auch nicht der Vollprofi, aber passt denn deine XF86Config?
Poste doch mal den Abschnitt Section "Files", da werden meine fonts aufgerufen, und
in der Section "Module" wird noch freetype, speedo und type1 bei mir geladen.
Vielleicht hat es dir ja auch die Dateien "fonts.dir" zerschossen, die du mit ttmkfdir
wieder herstellen kannst (unter /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/...)
Vielleicht auch mal in der Reihenfolge ein wenig spielen, wirkt manchmal Wunder.
Sonst fällt mir eigentlich auch nix weiter ein.

Wobei der RgbPath in "Files" nicht wirklich existiert, das hat mir
xf86cfg so erstellt, und ich habe es seitdem nicht mehr angerührt.
Was mir an deiner Config auffällt, ist die Sache, daß du den ModulePath
nicht in der "Files"-Sektion lädst, kann es das sein?

ok danke aber da hilft mir auch nicht, da die sectionen nur vertauscht sind und ich habe den file erstellen lassen, als ich noch mein 5.2.1RC2 hatte.
