Für Deutschland empfiehlt sich ftp.de.freebsd.org.

Wie sieht das eigentlich mit dem ehci treiber aus? Fliegt der aus der 5er Linie und lebt im 6er-current weiter, denn er war ja noch buggy. (Bei mir jedenfalls)
