Dann hab ich den Hetzner Support angeschrieben und die Festplatte wurde innerhalb 15 min getauscht.

Als der Server wieder da war (nach 5 min Offline time) hab ich die Partitionstabelle kopiert:

 /sbin/gpart backup ada0 | /sbin/gpart restore -F ada1

und den Bootcode geschrieben

gpart bootcode -b /boot/pmbr -p /boot/gptzfsboot -i 1 ada1

und mit

zpool replace zroot 12603744424561616450 ada1p4

den Resilver Vorgang angeworfen.

Einfach Klasse :)

Ah so. Hatte mich schon gewundert. Dreimal Power-off in vier Jahren ist ein bischen, aeh, ungewöhnlich.
Aber wieso getauscht? Der Disk fehlt doch nichts. (Die hat grad mal einen schlechten Sektor, den sie bei gelegenheit remappen wird.)
 
Naja, der Selbsttest der Platte meldet read failure. Beide Platten sind sehr nahe beisammen von der Seriennummer... Backup ist da, aber lieber lass ich die Platte tauschen und bin wieder sicher :)
