Firefox3 Fenster wird nicht angezeigt

Hallo Zusammen,

ich habe ech keine Ahnung was das soll... Hab xorg auf 7.4 aktualliesiert und es läuft jetzt auch alles (nach dem ich auch den nvidia-driver neu gebaut habe).

Nur eine Sache stört mich ein wenig. Firefox wird in KDE4 nicht mehr angezeigt.

ps gibt folgendes aus:

Also läuft das Ding ja irgendwo... aber wo? Ich hab auch den Firefox neu übersetzt und jetzt, so ohne Fehlermeldung weiss ich nicht mehr weiter. Hat hier jemand vielleicht eine Idee, wie bekomme ich den Firefox wieder auf den Bildschirm?

  Libxcb shared library version was bumped from 1 to 2.  You need to
  rebuild any consumer of libxcb.so.1 or some applications will be
  linked against two versions of libxcb once libX11 is upgraded.

  For portupgrade users:

    # portupgrade -rf libxcb

Hatte das Problem auch, der oben beschriebene Tip hat geholfen.

Ein ldd /usr/local/lib/firefox3/firefox-bin sollte Aufschluss darüber geben, ob der oben angedrohte Fall eingetreten ist.

Ich würde ja gerne meinen firefox neu bauen.....

Es nerft mich langsam tierisch...dies ist nun der 4. Port in kürzester Zeit der sich aufgrund von irgendwlechen defekten mirrors nicht bauen lässt...

Habe mal versucht die Datei einfach herunter zu laden und zu entpacken, dann sagt mir bzip, das Archiv sei defekt.

Soweit ich mich erinnern kann, wollte portupgrade -rf libxcb
firefox gar nicht neu bauen.
Auch ein portupgrade -nrf libxcb zeigt mir hier nicht an, dass er neu gebaut werden soll.
