Spamassassin geht nach dem Update nicht

FreeBSD 4.9. Habe gerade die neue Version von Spamassassin installiert, also ein Update von 2.61 auf 2.63 gemacht. Seitdem geht das Programm nicht mehr, in /var/log/maillog steht:

Feb  9 17:01:58 post spamc[213]: connect(AF_INET) to spamd at 127.0.0.1 failed, retrying (#1 of 3): Connection refused

Feb  9 17:02:01 post spamc[213]: connection attempt to spamd aborted after 3 retries

Die zweite Frage nebenbei: auf dem Rechner startet hash nicht:

post# hash 
hash: Command not found.
