Hallo liebe community

ich habe heute nach 5 Monaten 5.4 64 Bit installiert da die Version 5.3 nicht so gut lief

mit den Programmen

firefox
mplayer

wenn ich im mplayer ein Video abspiele .mp4 und dann während das läuft auf Firefox wechsle um z.B auf openbsd zu schauen dann stockt das Video sprich Ton setzt kurz aus und das Maus Icon scrolled sehr langsam und dann auf einmal wieder schnell. Was kann das sein?

mein System ist ein ThinkPad das gedockt ist aber auch ohne Dock gleiches verhalten

kann es daran liegen das ich die 64 Bit Version installiert habe?

unter Windows 7 kann ich zig Programme laufen lassen nichts stockt mehrere Videos gleichzeitig und im Browser scrollen

in der Version 5.3 lief das .mp4 Video nicht synchron jetzt läuft es synchron auch beim vorspulen

ich hoffe es kann mir einer helfen die Ursache zu finden
 
Auch wenn ich von OpenBSD keine Ahnung habe ...
... irgendwas scheint da kurz in die Knie zu gehen. Dein Prozessor ist sicher stark genug - da würde ich die Grafikkarte und das Drumherum unter die Lupe nehmen:
Welchen Grafikchip hat das Thinkpad?
Hat OpenBSD dafür einen brauchbaren Treiber?
Welchen Desktop bzw. Windowmanager benutzt Du?
Und schließlich: Welches Ausgabemodul des MPlayers? (XV, OpenGL, X11, SDL usw.)
Letzteres sollte irgendwo zu sehen sein, wenn Du den MPlayer auf der Kommandozeile startest.
Anders gefragt: Wenn Du mplayer mit "mplayer -vo xv bla.film" startest, zickt dann der Firefox immer noch rum?

wenn ich das Fenster nur verschiebe bleibt der Clip stehen und der Ton geht auch weg beim loslassen ist alles wieder ok echt komisch
 
Tja, da bin ich mit meinem Latein schon am Ende. FVWM als Windowmanager ist völlig harmlos und leichtgewichtig, den benutze ich auch.
Du könntest beim MPlayer noch die anderen Ausgabetreiber probieren. (Schau mal in die Dokumentation, was es da noch gibt oder provoziere eine Fehlermeldung mit "mplayer -vo nixlos mein.film".) Aber selbst wenn Du eine Verbesserung erreichst, ist das nur ein Herumdoktern an Symptomen.
Es dürfte sich um ein Problem des Grafikkartentreibers handeln. Such mal in der /var/log/Xorg.0.log erstens nach Fehlern oder Merkwürdigkeiten, zweitens nach dem Namen des Grafiktreibers (irgendwas mit intel). Dann rufe dessen Manpage auf (man blaintelbla) und schau, ob er Konfigurationsmöglichkeiten für die xorg.conf anbietet. Ggf. erstellst Du eine xorg.conf und probierst mal einiges durch.
Ansonsten könnte man vielleicht noch einen Blick in das Bios werfen.

(So nebenbei, was Du gepostet hast, war keine xorg.conf, sondern eine
Xorg.0.log. Eine xorg.conf hast Du wahrscheinlich nicht, denn die entsteht
i. d. R. nicht "von selber".)
Also, Dein Grafikchip wird als "Sandybridge Mobile GT2+" identifiziert. Ist das
richtig für einen HD3000? (Ich bin jetzt zu faul, um das zu Überprüfen.)
Dein 14"-Bildschirm ist mit 1600×900 Pixeln ja recht gut aufgelöst, aber Full
HD muß trotzdem runterskaliert werden. Bei Deinem großen NEC-Fernseher ist das
natürlich anders. Wie läuft es denn, wenn Du den mal abstöpselst, also den
Laptop nur eingleisig fährst? (Du solltest ihn dann auch rebooten.) Gleiches
Problem?
Wenn ja, dann erzeuge doch mal eine vorläufige xorg.conf, indem Du (mit beiden
Monitoren) in die Konsole bootest und dort als root aufrufst: Xorg -configure
Dann steht in der ~root eine Schablone xorg.conf.new, die Du editieren und
anschließend nach /etc/X11/xorg.conf kopieren kannst.
In dieser Datei in der Section "Device" könntest Du mal ein paar Optionen
deaktivieren und sehen, was er tut:

Dann starte Xorg neu und mach den üblichen Test. Jetzt macht nämlich die CPU
die ganze Arbeit und der Grafikprozessor so gut wie nichts. Wenn die CPU nicht

so ich habe das so gemacht wie du es gesagt hast
hat leider nichts gebracht sobald ich das Fensgter anklicke und es verschiebe stoppt das Video und der Tonund wenn ich das Fenster mit der Maus nicht loslasse läuft auch das Video nicht

es sind beide Monitore aufgegklappt und unter X11 ist die xorg.conf

Zuletzt bearbeitet:
Mach mal einen Test: startx -- -screen Screen1
Dann nimmt er den Vesa-Treiber, nix von wegen Intel. Dann muss es gehen, aber die Grafikleistung wird insgesamt sehr schwach sein.
Sodann kannst Du in der Section "Module" der xorg.conf alle denkbaren extensions deaktivieren:

... und startx wieder ohne Argumente ausführen. Und das am besten noch ohne Zweitmonitor.
 
Hi habe ich gemacht aber leider bringt das auch nichts vielleicht hat OpenBSD kein Intel HD3000 Treiber :-(

wenn ich Xorg -configure
eingebe dann kommt immer Fatal Server error er erstellt aber die xorg.conf.new

echt schade denn alle Linux Distros die ich probiert hatte archlinux,Lubuntu etc funktionieren tadellos
 
Also, was hast Du gemacht? Den Test mit Screen1 oder den mit den Disable-Befehlen? Und das Problem blieb exakt dasselbe?
Das würde bedeuten, daß es gar nichts mit dem Grafiktreiber zu tun hat. Aber was, bitte schön, kann denn sonst dazu führen, daß sogar der Sound aussetzt?
Hast Du im Bios auch nichts stehen, das hier von Belang sein könnte?

Frage an alle: Was kann ein System mit mehreren Kernen zum Stottern bringen? Ein Interrupt?
 
Ich erinnere mich dunkel, dass cwm in der Standardeinstellung das Display lockt,
wenn die Option "Fenster verschieben ohne Inhalt anzeigen" aktiviert ist. Somit
kann mplayer kein Bild ausgeben, so lang du das Fenster verschiebst und da der
Ton synchroniziert zum Bild ausgegeben wird, hängt auch dieser. Ob das alles
auch der Fall ist, wenn du nur das Fenster wechselst...
Ggf. einfach mal die Einstellung ändern oder einen anderen WM testen.

ich habe mal openbox,xfce installiert und das mit dem verschieben des Fensters verursachte kein Problem :-)
jedoch wenn ich Firefox starte merke ich das alles langsamer wird das mein Laptop überfordert ist ich weiss nicht wieso 16GB RAM i5
habe auch alle Einstellungen vorgenommen Tronar die du meintest ich habe das nur die glx unter Module und die anderen dann dri etc hat auch nichts gebracht.
Unter xfce konnte ich auch ohne Probleme auf 1920x1200 wechseln aber das mit den Fenstern lag denke ich an fvwm
ich probiere mal das current vielleicht geht es besser
 
Das Problem hatte ich auch, nachdem ich OpenBSD 5.4 installierte. Und zwar, obwohl ich eine andere GraKa habe (Nvidia 9500 GT mit 1 GB RAM). Mit KDE3 und dem Konqueror konnte ich mit OpenBSD 5.3 trotzdem flüssig surfen. Es geht hier nicht darum, das KDE3 obsolet ist, aber da scheint offensichtlich was anderes im Busch zu sein. Unter OpenBSD 5.4 ist es nur noch ein unerträgliches Ruckeln beim Surfen, damit ist kein normales Arbeiten möglich. Somit dürfte das auch kein Problem des firefox sein.

Das Problem hier ist die Grafikkarte bzw. der alte X Treiber dafür. Die Unterstützung der nvidia-Chips durch die offenen Treiber sind eher dürftig und unter OpenBSD nochmal schlechter. Auf der Maillingliste ist das schon öfter aufgetaucht, das OpenBSD auf dem Desktop mit nvidia nichts geben wird bzw. unerträglich ist.

Kerasi, Du hast hoffentlich meine Einstellungen alle wieder entfernt. Die ganzen Disable-Anweisungen verringern die Performance gewaltig, auch die Optionen in der Section "Device". Ggf. war das der Grund für die Überforderung; ich hatte es ja nur empfohlen, um Fehler aufzudecken.
