Software mit Apache 2.0 Lizenz weiterverwenden

Hallo zusammen,
ich habe mal eine Frage an euch. Ich schreibe mir gerade ein kleines Webframework in Java welches ich für meine eigenen Webanwendungen nutzen möchte. Vielleicht gebe ich dieses auch irgendwann mal weiter. Meine Frage betrifft nun die Apache 2.0 Lizenz, in meinem Programm nutze ich Jtpl (http://sourceforge.net/projects/jtpl/ ) dies steht unter der Apache 2.0 Lizenz und wurde von mir so modifiziert das es in meiner Anwendung lauffähig ist.

Meine Frage ist nun auf was muss ich achten wenn ich dies nun weiterverwende und mit meiner Anwendung verteile, muss ich irgendwo kennzeichnen das ich Änderungen vorgenommen habe und wo kann/muss ich im Quelltext vermerken das ich etwas verändert habe? Leider ist es immer schwer Informationen zu so etwas zu finden.

Ich bin kein Rechtsanwalt und ich hasse so lange, juristische Texte (geschenkt, GPL ist viel schlimmer...), aber ich würde das so verstehen, dass du die Lizenz beilegen musst und je nach Verbreitungsart auch darauf hinweisen, dass (und welches) Produkt du weiterverwendet hast. Allerdings darfst du nur da den Produktnamen verwenden, wenn ich das richtig verstehe. Außerdem musst du in den Dateien, die du angepasst hast, darauf hinweisen, dass du sie angepasst hast. Alle bereits vorhandenen copyright-Hinweise etc. müssen erhalten bleiben.

Ich hoffe ich liege mit meiner Interpretation nicht zu weit daneben und konnte dir helfen!

Danke für deine Einschätzung. Mir geht es ähnlich bei solchen Texten und dann auch noch in Englisch. Wenn ich den Quelltext von meinem Programm nicht verteile und es ausschließlich nutze um meine eigenen Webseiten zu erstellen, dann müsste ich ja nichts verändern oder beachten weil ich es ja nicht weitergebe. Hoffe das ist so richtig. Bei einer Veröffentlichung wäre es wohl am besten ein paar Euro zu investieren und sich von einem Fachmann beraten zu lassen. Obwohl die Wahrscheinlichkeit wohl gering ist das man Probleme bekommt...

Da von abgesehen habe ich jetzt mal den Programmierer angeschrieben da er die letzte Änderung am 2012-02-16 vorgenommen hat und das ganze nicht wirklich mehr auf aktuellen Java Versionen lief. Vielleicht kann ich die Betreuung dann ja übernehmen und dann wäre einiges einfacher
