Soundprobleme

Habe soeben meine Sounkarte eingerichtet und zwar mit snd_driver, da ich mir nicht sicher bin welchen ich sonst nutzen muss. Jetzt lσuft auch der Sound auf meinem FreeBSD, allerdings begleitet von einem starken und lauten Rauschen. Hab ich da bei der Konfiguration etwas ηbersehen??

Also ein starkes "Rauschen" hat fast immer physikalische Ursachen.
Versuche mal soviele Eingänge wie möglich stumm zu schalten und überprüfe deine Steckverbindungen. Ich hatte sowas auch bei meinem Laptop, wo der CD-Eingang schlecht abgeschirmt war.
 
Ich wollte nicht eine neue Thema eröfnen für mein Problemm. Das ist meine Soundkarte. Ich hab gestern auf mein Sony Vaio VGN-FS115M FreeBSD 5.4-RELEASE installiernt weil ich was neues probieren wollte. Ich hab (fast) alles installiert und configuriert aber ich habe kein Plan wie ich die Soundkarte installiere. Sie ist eine :

Wenn ich mich recht erinnere, wird das noch nicht von FreeBSD unterstützt. Mit dem Open Sound System sollte es evtl. gehen.

Den Kernel musst du nur mit "device sound" compilieren. Mein "snd_ich" steht in der /boot/loader.conf. Nach dem compilieren und Neustart kannst du als root in einer shell folgendes probieren:

#dmesg | grep pcm

Sollte dann etwas wie "pcm0: <Intel ICH5 (82801EB)> port 0xedc0-0xedff ...." (natürlich nicht Intel ....)

Wenn du eine Ausgabe hast, geht's weiter mit den verschiedenen Soundmodulen laden (siehe ls -l /boot/kernel/snd*):

#kldload snd_ich

#cat /dev/sndstat (ergibt in etwa...):
FreeBSD Audio Driver (newpcm)
Installed devices:

Fall's du Erfolg hast, solltest du mit

Weder "sound" noch "snd_ich" muß im Kernel sein. Man kann es natürlich machen, aber das Laden über die /boot/loader.conf ist völlig äquivalent.

Sieht eher düster aus. Versuch's mal mit OSS (kann ich dir leider nicht helfen). Google + Handbuch sind deine Freunde oder natürlich Forenmitglieder :)

Ist schon klar... Ist bereits geladen. Also mittels "kldunload snd_ich" entladen. Wird dir aber leider nichts nützen, da dein dmesg|grep pcm keine Ausgabe bringt :confused:

Wieso wirfst du den Leuten eigentlich irgendwelche Links vor die Füße, die bei dem Problem überhaupt nicht weiterhelfen? High Definition Audio wird nicht von FreeBSD unterstützt, jedenfalls nicht 5.4, und bei 6.0 würde es mich auch wundern.
 
Warum liest du nicht einfach meinen ersten Post in diesem Thread? Der steht schon seit gestern dort... Statt dessen friemelt ihr alle die ganze Zeit am Kernel rum. Das bringt doch überhaupt nichts. :confused:
