sparc64 USB Stick freeze?

Hallo,

ich versuche gerade meine Sparc Ultra 5 mit einem USB Stick zu verheiraten, nichts kompliziertes, später soll mal eine USB Festplatte angeschlossen werden.

Also, manual gelesen, alles ganz einfach :)

USB Karte ist drin, pciconf listet diese auch.
Da ich den Standardkernel benutze, habe ich nichts weiter an den Modulen gemacht.

listet auch brav ehci, ohci und uhci.

Wenn ich nun einen Stick anschließe, so stellt umass fest, dass es ein neues Device gibt. Mehr passiert allerdings nicht, es wird kein device da0 o.Ä. angelegt:

So, da steh ich nun.
Ein # camcontrol rescan all erzeugt einen System Freeze. (zumindest tat sich nach 5 Minuten immer noch nichts).

Achja, etwa 2 Minuten nach anstecken des Sticks bleibt das System auch stehen.

Ideen?
