Hallo allerseits

Ich hab ein kleines Problem mit scp. Und zwar will es mir keine Dateien kopieren.

Folgende Rechner:
192.168.1.34 FreeBSD mit sshd
192.168.1.36 Ubuntu

Jetzt will ich eine beliebige Dateien von FreeBSD nach Ubuntu kopieren und mache das wie folgt (von Ubuntu aus):

Fehlermeldungen gibt es keine und seltsamerweise funktioniert ein normaler ssh Zugriff mit

ohne Probleme.

Unter FreeBSD hab ich in der /etc/ssh/sshd_conf nichts verändert.
Im Handbuch hab ich aber nichts gefunden, was darauf schliessen liesse, dass scp separat aktiviert werden müsste.

Ich hoffe, jemand hat einen Ratschlag. :)

In meiner /etc/ssh/sshd_config ist die einzige nicht auskommentierte Zeile, diese:

Sieht (für mich) eigentlich richtig aus.
Es nützt auch nichts, wenn ich /usr/libexec/sftp-server manuell ausführe.

Bitte mal alle Deine *shrc Dateien (.cshrc, .zshrc, .profile, .klogin, .login, was auch immer Deine shell sourct und ausfuehrt) zur Seite moven.
Dann ausloggen.
Wieder anmelden.
Deinen scp Befehl erneut ausfuehren.

Das Problem lag wohl wirklich an den einträgen im Login-Script.
Ich hab jetzt 'nen neuen User ohne spezielle Loginscripts und mit /bin/sh als Shell erstellt - speziell für SSH.
Funktioniert jetzt tadellos!

jetzt wo es walt geschrieben hat, ich hab den gleichen Stress bei FreeBSD und WinSCP auf einer W2K Gurke gehabt ( -> daher für die Suchfunktion)

Abhilfe war: Im master.passwd die shell von /bin/tcsh auf /bin/sh zu ändern.

das problem liegt daran, dass ihr in eurer .bash_rc, .profile, .was auch immer irgendein proggie startet, welches nach stdout schreibt.
ich hab mal in meiner .bashrc den eintrag

Was bewirkt das 1>&2 ?

Wenn kein Programm an die Standardausgabe schreiben darf, warum stört dann
fortune nicht, welches ja standardmässig in der .login und .profile ist?

Naja, wie auch immer, jetzt funktionierts! :D
Und ein separater SSH-User macht in meinen Augen sowieso Sinn! :)
