hi!!

ich hab einige fragen zur einrichtung meines systems (FBSD 5.3 STABLE):

1. Was bedeutet das "mptable_probe: MP Config Table has bad signature: \^S\^F" in meiner dmesg??

2. Wie kriege ich den secondary device der grafikkarte richtig in der xorg.conf konfiguriert - bekomme immer nen Warnhinweis: (WW) RADEON: No matching Device section for instance (BusID PCI:2:0:1) found ??

3. Wie bekomme ich den Sound konfiguriert? Hab nen AC97 Chipsatz aufm Abit NForce2 Board!! Nun hab ich mir den kernel selbst kompiliert und weiss nicht ganz welches kerneldevice rein muss .... (ac97 gibts ja nicht) ....
habe schon diverse sachen versucht also snd_pcm aber da spuckt er beim kompilieren gleich ne error msg aus! Irgendwo beim googeln hatte ich auch gelesen das es pcm nicht mehr gibt ?!?! Ich wette ich bin nicht der einzige mit ac97 chip - vielleicht kann mal jemand seine konfiguration darlegen.

so, ich hab jetzt meine tv karte (Hauppauge WinTV Go) nach der Anleitung ausm Handbuch konfiguriert (per hinzufügen der 4 kernel devices). War anschließend auch gleich nochmal im Wiki :p ...

die karte funzt soweit - ich kann per xawtv auf meinen satelit zugreifen .... nur was mich stört ist das die ausgabe unter dmesg nicht so ausschaut wie das beispiel im handbuch .... bei mir erscheint kein iicbus, kein smbus ... nur son bekacktes GIANT-LOCKED ....
