Wie uptime in HTML bekommen?

Hallo zusammen,

kann mir bitte jemand einen Tip geben, wie ich den Output von "uptime" beispielsweise via PHP auf eine Website bekomme?

This will print "Uptime x days"!

das hab ich gefunden, wenn du sowas suchst:

noch was kleines:

Oder per Script in ne Datei einfügen, die von PHP eingelesen/includiert wird
