Disgruntled former clients can write what they wish. We have no
control over them or the contents of their screeds.
I am not familiar with the second complainant's domain or username.
The first one's criticism over the IRC channel may be valid. That channel
was plagued by disruptors, threatening to take out mailservers, attack
websites etc. The channel was eventually shut down, permanently, for
very obvious reasons.
There were claims about backups not being taken. Whether this was ever
true or not, I can assure you that we take multiple backups regularly. We
have added a toll free Tech support line, as well.
Here is another one, which I am familiar with -

I saw Plexos upload gigs of Warez into his account. He was terminated
for violating the AUP, as he should have been. That plexos was another
rowdy, regular on the old IRC channel.
Billing disputes are very commonplace with any company, conducting business
via credit cards. I would not automatically assume that the former
customer was always in the right.
